Tracy Wilson

Director of Team Operations



Tracy is a native of the Champaign area. She graduated from Centennial High School. Tracy joined Matt's team as the team's administrative assistant in summer 2011. Her Team Manager duties include providing regular updates to clients, processing transaction documents, and a wide variety of other tasks that help the licensed team members do their jobs better. Prior to landing on Matt's real estate team, Tracy worked for many years for the Army Corps of Engineers in Champaign, an environment that required extraordinary skill and attention to detail. Tracy's husband completed his fifth (!!) deployment with the Army National Guard in Afghanistan in April 2012.

Jesse Felmy
Multi-Media and Listing Specialist 



Originally from the Indianapolis area, Jesse recently relocated to Champaign from Maryland. His years of experience balancing high-volume, high-client work flow, and excellent customer service have equipped him with a versatile skill set that includes photography, Photoshop, and a variety of other technology talents. 

One of the things on Jesse's bucket list is to visit each state in the USA. He has currently crossed off 33 of the 50 states! When not traveling, and sometimes during, Jesse likes to spend his time writing. He has already written a few novels and has more in the works. Jesse's other hobbies include photography, cycling, swimming, hiking, canoeing, and other outdoor activities.

Amy Rinehart
Director of Community Involvement




Amy grew up on a farm in Ford County, immediately north of Champaign County. She graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism with a concentration in strategic communication and public relations.  This skill has proven itself useful and applicable in many faces of her work at The Matt Difanis Team. Prior to joining the team, Amy led a children's program at the Moyer District Library in Gibson City.  She has also worked briefly in advertising and on a local political campaign. 


Her personal interests include trying new places to eat with friends and water skiing. Amy invests any remaining energy into the ongoing remodel of a historic family farmhouse, a venture that has proven to be both challenging and rewarding. She'll be very excited to move in and begin to decorate!
