DESCRIPTION: This is the view facing north from the roof, overlooking West Side Park. This park became the first park in Champaign County in 1859. It is home to the annual Taste of C-U Festival each summer, as well as the historic "A Prayer for Rain" statue, dedicated in 1899, that sits in the central fountain.
